Milani Eye Tech Extreme in Blackest Black Review

I am always on the look out for a precise waterproof eyeliner from the drugstore. I usually use Physicians Formula Eye Booster Pen. It's good but I find the tip little to springy to use quickly and it smudges a bit at the end of the day. Let' see how this one is.

The liner is pen type with a felt tip. It comes to a nice point but not super pointy. As a result, it doesn't give complete precision. It's decent though. The handle is easy to hold and maneuver.

You can see the PF pen has more precise tip.

Both eyeliners are the darkest options in their ranges. Physicians Formula Eye Booster Pen in Ultra Black is not the darkest but it's still darker than Milani Eye Tech Extreme. A tad brown, isn't it?

I ran both under water and their water resistance/proofness are pretty much the same. They don't smudge if water run just on top of them but if you rub them, both flake off and smudge a bit. PF pen is claimed to be water resistant and Milani is claimed to be waterproof. I would call both water resistant.

Lasting power is pretty similar as well. They both smudge a bit after 6~8 hours depending on how oily I am.

They perform pretty similarly in my opinion. The difference is that PF is a bit darker and more precise. But Milani is easier to use. Great for when I am in the rush. Hope this is helpful!
